These terms govern use of the ADS Kiwi website and advertising platform at adskiwi.com. The service is operated by the organization managing this installation, which can be contacted at admin@adskiwi.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any separate agreement with that operator.

Service purpose and access

The platform brings advertising spend, offer revenue and lead status together to support reporting, campaign workflows and team collaboration. Dashboard access is granted by the installation operator or an authorized administrator; this website does not offer open registration or promise access.

Accounts and connected services

Keep your credentials secure and use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Connecting Google Ads or another service is optional and requires that provider's authorization. You remain responsible for campaigns, budgets, actions you initiate, and compliance with the connected provider's terms and policies.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, circumvent account permissions, submit unlawful content, or misuse other people's information. The operator may suspend access where necessary to protect users, security or compliance with applicable law.

Reports and demonstrations

Reports depend on connected providers, available attribution and configured business rules. Expected or projected values are estimates, not guarantees of payment or performance. The public Results preview contains fictional data and is not a statement of actual customer results.

Privacy and disconnection

Information handling is described in the privacy policy. Removing a connection or revoking provider access stops future authorized use; requests to delete information already stored in this installation must be addressed to the operator.

Intellectual property

The platform, website and their related materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of the software or branding. Users and connected providers retain their rights in their data and content.

Availability and disclaimer

The website and platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to applicable law and any separate service agreement. Availability can depend on the operator's infrastructure and third-party services. No particular advertising result, revenue or uninterrupted access is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law and any separate agreement, the operator excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses related to use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
