Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains how ADS Kiwi, the advertising platform operated by the organization managing this installation at adskiwi.com, accesses, uses, stores and shares personal information. The installation operator is responsible for this service and can be contacted at admin@adskiwi.com.
Information we collect
Account information includes your name, email address, team memberships and roles. The platform stores authentication credentials, account invitations and session information needed to provide secure access. It also processes operational logs, IP addresses and error reports used to maintain and protect the service.
When you connect advertising or revenue accounts, the platform imports the account identifiers, campaign settings, advertising performance, offer revenue and lead status needed for the features you use. Revenue connections can include lead identifiers and related information returned by the connected provider. The public dashboard preview uses fictional data, not customer reports.
Google user data and permissions
Connecting Google Ads is optional and starts from the dashboard. Google asks you to authorize access using the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). The platform receives OAuth access and refresh tokens and uses them to access only advertising accounts available to your authorized Google account.
Data accessed can include advertising account and manager identifiers, names and settings; campaign names, statuses, budgets, bidding and targeting settings; and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions and spend. The platform does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar.
How we use information
We use account information to authenticate users, administer teams, send invitations and password-reset emails, provide support and protect the service. Connected advertising and revenue data is used to display reports, compare spend with revenue, calculate profit and ROI, and provide campaign and account workflows.
Google Ads permissions also support campaign actions that an authorized user initiates or explicitly enables, such as copying campaigns. Authorization alone does not instruct the platform to change a campaign. Access is limited by the permissions granted by Google and by the user's role within this installation.
Storage and security
Imported data is stored in this installation's databases and configured object storage. OAuth credentials are encrypted before database storage; connections use HTTPS, and application access is controlled by authentication and team permissions. Hosting, backups, retention and infrastructure access are managed by the installation operator.
Service providers and sharing
The installation uses Hetzner for hosting and object storage, Cloudflare for website delivery and network services, and Resend for transactional emails. These services process information required for their respective functions. Authorized team members can view workspace data according to their roles.
If the operator enables AI Advisor, user messages and relevant workspace context may be sent to the configured AI service to answer that request. Context can include campaign names and aggregated advertising performance from connected accounts. The operator must review that provider's terms and data handling before enabling it; users should not submit information they are not authorized to share.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated advertising, surveillance or credit decisions. Access and transfers are limited to providing the disclosed features, security needs and legal requirements. The platform does not submit Google user data for training a general-purpose AI model.
Use and transfer of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable. Operator personnel may access data only when authorized for support, when necessary for security or legal compliance, or as otherwise permitted by that policy.
Legal basis and retention
The operator processes information to provide the service and meet contractual obligations, on the basis of applicable legitimate interests in security and operation, with your authorization for connected services, or where required by law. Data is retained only while needed for these purposes and any applicable legal obligations; the operator is responsible for its retention and backup procedures.
Disconnecting and deleting data
You can remove a Google Ads connection from the dashboard's Manager profiles section. You can also revoke the application's access in your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete reports already imported into this installation.
For deletion of imported data, account information or retained backups, contact admin@adskiwi.com. The operator handles these requests and explains any legal retention requirements. Access revocation and deletion of stored information are separate actions.
Cookies and browser storage
The dashboard uses browser storage for authentication, theme and interface preferences. This public website has no access-request form, advertising tracker or analytics cookie. Hosting providers can retain network and security logs.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw an authorization, or complain to a competent data-protection authority. Contact the operator at admin@adskiwi.com to exercise your rights or identify the legal entity responsible for this installation.
Changes and contact
The operator will update this policy when practices change. New uses of Google user data require appropriate disclosure and renewed authorization where required. For privacy-related questions or requests, contact admin@adskiwi.com.
